Welcome aboard the Miami City + Boat Tour! Before embarking on your adventure, here are some important pickup details to ensure a seamless experience.
Courtesy Hotels pickups are only available in South Beach and Bayside Marketplace at Downtown Miami. However, please note that transportation back to your hotel or pick up point after the tour is over is the responsibility of the customer.
For tours departing from Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami, pick-up time is always scheduled 30 minutes before the tour begins. For example, if the tour starts at 9:30 am, pick-up will be at 9:00 am. Similarly, if the tour begins at 1:30 pm, pick-up at Bayside will be at 1:00 pm.
We do not pickup at the Miami Airport or the Cruise terminal. Closest pickup from the Airport and Cruise terminal is at Bayside Marketplace 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132.
Please notify 24 hours before the tour start time to arrange pick up at your hotel. If your hotel is not in South beach, we will provide you with the closest pick-up address to your stay.
